Welcome to Direct CRE investor information page.   We are all very excited about this new concept of Commercial Real Estate sales and marketing.  We are expecting a stunning growth curve.  We have a secret marketing plan that we are going to unleash across North America. That’s what will fuel Direct CRE to the top of the CRE list in year one.

This is an ambitious plan, but we have been preparing and financing it for two years.   We are not seeking any loans or Capital investments at this time simply because our business model is so lucrative that it’s self-financing.  With years of business experience, we also know that you never say never.  If you are truly interested we would consider your interest but keep in mind that at this point outside capital is not required.

If we decide to seek Capital it would be through equity.  We are going to be extremely careful, vigilant, and seriously vet any inquiries.   We have no intention of sharing our hard-earned secrets with treasure hunters.

We feel strongly that our Business model is prime for the public market.  Is it the right route we are not sure yet.   Can we do this by ourselves? likely not,  a group of strong business minds will be required. Private or Public?

We have gone through a lot of Capital just building this site and it is becoming more likely that we will seek some equity Capital but the source of that Capital is the key factor.
