As a lessor or Leessee I am not that comfortable negotiating face to face.  No Problem, you can have your lawyer which you have to retain even with a Realtor do the negotiating for you. The other method is to use Direct CRE’s electronic offer system  Keep in mind that this is not a legal binding contract and works on the honor system but once both parties have agreed it then becomes easier to make a direct telephone contact. There is a cost associated with using the electronic system.
