As an example, if you have a YouTube Channel called “John’s Design” you pass it by because you don’t know what he does, but is name is ” John’s Woodworking Design” so if you’re searching for woodworking, you will visit. With 40 years of experience, I value branding. You only have a few seconds to grab their attention, don’t waste it on CKZ and especially a non .com. Length means nothing when you use description, and most people now bookmark or use links to navigate to a selection.
Reason for Selling: i have spent a large amount of money and time to develop this new venture. I am getting older at 70 with a history of health issues, including 4 heart attacks, 6 bypasses, and chronic diabetes with serious peripheral neuropathy. Website I have spent 2 years of market research and 2 years of coding. The site is built on WordPress with a theme called Houzez but the big expense was to customize the theme for Commercial Real Estate with a front layer for custom registration and flow processing to checkout that had to work with the Houzez theme and WordPress.
